Introduction of Train Brake Block Holder:
The Brake Block Holder is equipped with a card slot, which can increase the friction between the brake shoe and the wheel, and through the anti-skid groove, the brake shoe and the wheel can be anchored to fully prevent the brake shoe from falling off, so that it can be used on the train When braking, the cohesive force between the brake shoe and the wheel can be improved, so that the braking effect is better, and the heat dissipation of the brazing body can be better through the arrangement of straight notches.
The principle of Train Brake Block Holder:
In this process, the braking device converts huge kinetic energy into heat energy and dissipates it in the atmosphere. But the quality of this braking effect mainly depends on the dissipation capacity of frictional heat energy. When using this braking method, the friction area of the brake shoe is small, and most of the heat load is borne by the wheel. The higher the train speed, the greater the thermal load on the wheels during braking. If cast iron brake shoes are used, the temperature can melt the brake shoes; even if relatively high synthetic brake shoes are used, the temperature will be as high as 400~450°C. When the temperature of the wheel tread increases to a certain level, the tread will be worn, cracked or peeled off, which affects both the service life and driving. It can be seen that the traditional tread brake shoe braking cannot adapt to the needs of high-speed trains.
