Introduction to the process used by Splice plate:
Sand casting refers to the casting method that produces castings in sand molds. Steel, iron and most non-ferrous alloy castings can be obtained by sand casting. Because the molding materials used in sand casting are cheap and easy to obtain, the casting mold is easy to manufacture, and it can adapt to the single-piece production, batch production and mass production of castings. Our factory covers a wide area and has many production lines and advanced grinding, machining and testing equipment. We provide effective chemical composition test for cast iron,steel and non-ferrous metals.Number of channels:22 for cast iron,16 for steel and 10 for non-ferrous metals. Process according to the drawings provided by the customer to meet the different needs of the customer.
