Introduction to Forklift part casting:
Forklift Knuckle, also known as forklift knuckle or steering ball joint, forklift knuckle (or universal ball joint), is a mechanical structure that uses ball connection to realize power transmission of different axes in forklift vehicle accessories. Forklift Knuckle is a very important part of forklift. The combination of the universal joint and the transmission shaft is called the universal joint transmission device. On the semi-mechanical steering machine of the forklift, the steering wheel is rotated, and then transmitted to the steering machine through the universal cross shaft, and the steering machine converts the vertical power into left and right. The swinging power output is then sent to the forklift rear axle steering plate through the steering knuckle ball joint and the quasi-tie rod, and the forklift steering is realized through the left and right swing of the steering connecting plate.
What the Forklift Knuckle does:
The main reason is that when the forklift is running on a level road, the forklift wheels swing down around the horizontal axis, which can reduce the torsion of the frame, ensure that the load on each forklift wheel is even, and also ensure the stability of the forklift.
