Introduction of OEM Engine Nodular Cast Iron Flywheel:
The flywheel is a large disc-shaped part installed at the rear end of the crankshaft of the engine. It is a mechanical device used to store rotational kinetic energy during rotational motion. When the speed of the machine decreases, the kinetic energy of the flywheel decreases and the energy is released; when the speed of the machine increases, the kinetic energy of the flywheel increases and the energy is stored. When it is necessary to reduce the speed fluctuation of the mechanical operation process, OEM Engine nodular cast iron flywheel can be used to achieve this effect.

1. In order to ensure sufficient moment of inertia and reduce the mass of the flywheel as much as possible, most of the mass of the flywheel should be concentrated on the rim, so the rim of the flywheel is usually made wide and thick.
2. Iron flywheel can store a part of the engine crankshaft on the work stroke through its own moment of inertia, and use the stored work when the engine power is reduced, so that the vehicle can maintain a stable speed and the vehicle runs more smoothly.
3. The rotational force of the engine can be transmitted to the driving wheels through the transmission. In this role, the OEM Engine nodular cast iron flywheel becomes the driving key of the friction clutch, and achieves such an effect by combining with the clutch and separating it.
4. There is a gear ring pressed on the outer edge of the OEM Engine nodular cast iron flywheel, which can be meshed with the drive gear of the starter for starting the engine.
